e.l.f. Beauty: So Many Dicks

Problem: e.l.f. Beauty leads in boardroom diversity while diversity initiatives are under attack. How can we show the importance of diverse leadership and get people talking? 

​

Insight: Give boardroom diversity its place in culture by making the data mean something more than just a dry statistic. 

​

Solution: There are more men named Dick on U.S. corporate boards than entire groups of underrepresented people. 

​

Big Idea: So Many Dicks. So Few of Everyone Else.
