Nutrafol: Shed the Silence

Problem: Build brand equity in a crowded, growing market.

Insight: More than 50% of females will experience noticeable hair loss at some point in their lives yet it feels like only men discuss this widely.

​

Solution: Destigmatize and break the taboo. Create a supportive community for women experiencing hair thinning and loss. By doing so, Nutrafol differentiated itself in the category, created a private online community where women shared their experiences, connected with others, and found emotional support without judgment.
